The CRIS Group investigated this foreboding building in the Paseo Art District of Oklahoma City on April 20, 2007. We should have known from the date we chose to carry out this impromptu investigation that something odd would happen [for you History buffs April 20 is Adolf Hitler's birthday]. Emily's father had recently been looking at the property to buy and someone had contacted Lisa that they felt the building was haunted. The site has been for sale for years but no one has yet stepped up to restore the historical eye sore. We entered around 11:00 PM, the door was open so prospective buyers could look around I suppose.
We were all immediately drawn to the back of the building. Sheri and Emily felt a lot of negative energy coming from the North West room in back. Lisa set up to record and the EVP captured was anything but friendly. Towards the end of the investigation a car load of kids were frightened out of their wits when they saw us stirring in the building. They must have thought we were ghosts, we had to laugh a little bit. One jumped out of the car and threw a manikin head through the front door. The name on the head said "BRANDI" and she is now proudly displayed in Lisa's Hippie Store at 2414 N Shartel.
In the first EVP you will hear a group of voices in unison say " We're all going to come before you " [class B]
In the second EVP you will hear Lisa say " I'm getting the feeling they want us to leave" right after this an obnoxious voice comes in and says "That's right you filthy dumb blond ". When we reviewed the tapes Lisa had to admit they were addressing her since the rest of the female group has black or dark brown hair. "it seems like they're always picking on me" she said.
