Every once in a while an EVP is recorded that is so mind boggling one has to examine where do some of these voices come from? The EVP on this page is so strange that Lisa has concluded it could be the voices are referring to some type of AI [Artificial Intelligence]. This EVP was recorded in El Reno, Oklahoma on August 25, 2007. Where the EVP was recorded seems to be irrelevant. It's what the voices are saying that makes your hair stand on end. After listening to these words a Pandora's box of questions floods the mind. Who is speaking? Whom are they referring to ? What is "the Program" ? Could these be Alien type beings ? The questions will go on and on for an inquisitive mind after listening to the EVP to the right.
In the first clip you will hear Lisa beginning an average session. The protocol is to state the time, date and location at the beginning of each recording session. At a point her voice is completely blocked out and another voice or voices take over. This voice altering has been noted numerous times during Lisa's recording sessions. It's as if somehow the "non local" voice alters the existing sound waves to produce the phenomena. What is so unusual about this particular series of recordings is the Sci Fi type content of the message.
In the first clip you will hear Lisa begin the session by stating the date " August 25 " then one or possibly two voices take over and block her voice. The voices are speaking rather fast but are loud [ class A] EVP.
The next clip is the same clip but Lisa's voice is clipped out and the segment left is slowed down so we can hear more clearly what the voice is saying. A male robot like voice says " Are you going to receive the program ? " Then possibly another voice answers " They are not programmed to talk " .
The third EVP was recorded immediately following the last clip. This EVP was originally missed due to the amazing content of the previous EVP. This is a [class C] EVP of a female voice who slowly says" Time messages". The remaining recording from this session contained no EVP. After examining these recordings one has to ask " WTF was that ? "
